I would like to thank you for the excellent and curious service which we received from your driver on the return transfers to Prague airport and our city centre accommodation. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and most importantly on time. I would be happy to recommend your service to anyone. One small downside. on the free walking tour it was difficult to hear what the guide was saying. A small microphone might help. Some tours did use these. Thanks a lot, we take all comments very seriously in order to improve our service and from next week our tour guide will definitely have a small microphone. Hi, I would just like to thank you your services. When ordering a transfer service over the internet you can never be sure of the actual service that you end up with. My wife and I were more than pleased when your driver was standing at the arrivals gate as promised, he then was very professional and took our luggage from us and transferred it to the car. The car was immaculate and the driver drove us to our hotel in a calm professional manner. Your driver then gave me a voucher for the return journey which stated that I had paid and the collect time. On the day of our return your driver arrived 10 minutes early and again drove my wife and I very professionally back to the airport. I would like to comment on the excellent service provided by your driver Roman. He was punctual, friendly, informative and his English was very good. I will certainly recommend your company in the future. Sometime during the day of our departure on the 15/10/07 I mislaid my sunglasses and I was wondering whether they dropped out of my pocket whilst I was in the car returning to the airport. I wish to thank you and your drivers for such a fast and efficient service. We were greeted at the airport by a particularly pleasant driver who is obviously very proud of your beautiful city. The DVD showing the sites of Prague on the drive to the hotel was a really good idea and very informative. It is an excellent introduction to the key landmarks and history of the area. It's a very nice touch and I commend you on its use, it makes a real difference. I have read some real horror stories about taxis in Prague but I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you and your company to any future visitor. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, the rates very reasonable and the drivers were without exception considerate and knowledgeable.   They had a wonderful time in your beautiful city, and came back with many stories of all the brilliant things they did and all the lovely people they met. In particular, they commented what a superb service you provided.

  When they arrived, they said the sign your driver was holding was very clear and easy to spot as soon as they came into the arrivals hall. The driver was fantastic - very charming, polite and helpful. The car was lovely - spotlessly clean and spacious and they also were impressed at being able to watch a video of Prague during the journey.

  I therefore just wanted to say a huge thank you - it is always difficult trying to book trips for someone else, especially for a special occasion like this. You do everything you can to research the best deals before hand, but you are never certain of the service that they will get. I am therefore very grateful that you and your driver helped to make my mum & dad's stay even more memorable. Thank you.

We pre-booked our taxi on-line to take us to our Hotel in Prague on Thursday 6 September 2007. We were met on time by Mercel, our driver. He was extremely courteous and gave us helpful tips about taking taxis in Prague. He was efficient and well mannered and his English was excellent. We booked him for our flight home on Sunday 9 September 2007 and he was waiting in the lobby for us right on time. We all felt at ease in his company and he is an excellent worker and a great ambassador for Prague. People are very quick to complain about a bad service, but not so quick to praise a good service. I would like to say thanks to Petr the taxi driver for a fantastic service on 03/09/07 and 06/09/07. Petr was very friendly and helpful, and we were very impressed (very different to taxi drivers in England!) As well as giving us helpful information and showing us sights on the way to the tour, Petr made us feel completely at ease, and was a very good welcome to Prague. We would also like to thank the lady who did the tour (not sure of her name but she had red hair). The tour was very enjoyable and the guide was very knowledgeable about the area. Just a quick thank you to you and your excellent drivers who provided our taxi service on our recent visit.(18th - 31st aug 07) The service was punctual, professional, friendly and great value for money. I particularly would like to thank the driver who collected us at the airport as although the flight was on time we had to go to baggage claim to report a missing suitcase which all took about 40 minutes. We have just returned from a delightful holiday in Prague. The taxi transfers proceeded exactly to plan. Our outward flight was slightly delayed but the driver waited for us and had a banner with our name, making it very easy to find him. Hi, just wanted to say how impressed I was by Prague Airport Transfers Service. We were met at the airport by a friendly, professional driver, even though our flight was delayed, he was waiting. We were driven safely and comfortably to our destination in an immaculate Mercedes. We were collected only 5mins late ( so what, traffic happens & the driver apologised) from our hotel on our return flight in a new, immaculate Skoda by an equally immaculate driver. I was nervous about using taxis because of all the bad press they have had. Dear Sirs I was transferred from Prague Airport to the Hotel Rhea on Tuesday the 21st of July and then picked up on the 10Th August and taken back to the airport. The driver was called Peter and had the initials P.D. He was the most polite and knowledgeable driver with a excellent command of the English language. He made our stay in your city a very enjoyable one from start to finish even refusing a tip. I cannot praise him, or indeed your service enough and found it second to none.
