If
you will not be satisfied after using our service and you can provide adequate reasons and explain the situation, then
we guarantee you your money back! Even in the case you did not pay for your transfer in advance
you are entitled for compensation (ex. you ordered transfer, choose cash payment and driver arrived late, you will not be charged, other example your driver did not show up and you used alternative transport -
you not paid for transfer in advance, we will still send you cheque for inconvenience). With our most generous terms and conditions
you have nothing to lose, you can only win.
If we fail to pick you up due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control at the arranged time,
we will compensate you for the inconvenience (subject to our conditions). We will only pay your claim if you fulfil the following conditions - contact us immediately if you cannot find our driver at the arranged time (local free phone number is provided). We will not pay any compensation more than the cost of the journey booked.
If you will pay by credit card online, our drivers are informed that the payment has been made so you do not need to do anything else. When choosing to pay by credit card on the spot (when arriving to Prague) please note that we do not accept electronic cards. If you will pay cash to the driver and are booking a return journey, please pay all at once when you arrive to the hotel. Once you have paid the driver will give you a transport voucher which you can give later to the driver on the return journey in lieu of money. When paying in cash we accept Czech currency (CZK), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US$. If paying by credit card we charge your card in CZK (exchange rate can be slighly different, depadns on your bank exchange rate). If you have an option to pay by invoice arranged (only for EU firms), the due date of the invoice will be within 14 days from the issue.
If you require multi-stop transfer (for example you go to the one city there we wait for you and then you continue somewhere else) there will be waiting charge of 220 CZK / hr (7.30 GBP). If your flight (or train) is delayed we do not charge any additional or waiting fees.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, visit link (provided in confirmation email) or send us an email or call us prior to your departure (at least 3 hours before arriving to Prague). If you have already paid, you will get a full refund. If you are booking a return transfer and paying by credit card, there's no partial refund available. If your flight has been cancelled by airline please let us know so we can inform our driver.
Cancellations of luxury limousines (Lincoln vehicles – etc.) are subject to different cancellation terms and conditions. The reservation cancellation has to be made at least 24 hours prior to the planned trip, contrary to that we will charge a 100% cancellation fee. It is not possible to pay for the limousines directly to the driver by credit card. If you wish to pay by card, you must make the payment online, before the transportation.
Need to change your booking? All changes are free of charge. Just let us know.
What to do if there's no driver waiting for you? In the unlikely circumstance there's no driver waiting for you please call us on Prague TOLL FREE PHONE 800-870-888 or at local no. 777-777-237 (+420-777-777-237). Public phones are located at arrivals lobby.
